Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Please read product descriptions, measurements and view photos thoroughly prior to purchase. You may contact us if you have any questions at azkaworldinfo@gmail.com

If you receive your item(s) damaged during delivery, please contact us at azkaworldinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours – No exceptions. We base this from the time shipment was delivered to you via tracking information. Send photos of the damaged item(s) to file the claim.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue then we will issue a full refund within 30 days.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
